Trimester One

Sweat with Alex during your first trimester, while she is going through hers! Effective workouts for your first trimester of pregnancy. Workouts are broken into trimesters, however most classes are safe for ALL trimesters. We recommend checking with your doctor to make sure movement is safe for you and baby.
