Trimester Two (Week 13 - 28)

Our pre and postnatal program has safe and effective workouts for every stage of your pregnancy, 1st through 4th trimester! Workouts are broken into trimesters (T1, T2, T3, T4), however every workout is great for EVERY trimester. Be sure to check with your doctor to make sure movement is safe for you and baby both during and after pregnancy.
