3 Week: Glute Grow
Glute Grow is a 3-week strength series designed to build stronger glutes with just dumbbells and a resistance band. Across 6 targeted workouts, we’ll train every angle of the glutes to improve strength, stability, and overall lower-body support. Each class is efficient and focused so you can build real results in minimal time.
We recommend 2-3 classes/week to feel maximum results. Equipment: Heavy weights (5-10 lbs), heavy resistance band
