SWEAT FACTOR
Each class has a “Sweat Factor” in the description. While all classes are going to get your body moving and working, this legend will let you know the level of impact in class.
— No cardio = No jumping
— 💧 Slight Cardio = 1 cardio burst
— 💧💧 Medium Cardio = 2 to 3 cardio bursts
— 💧💧💧 Maximum Cardio = 4+ or heavy cardio throughout

OUR CLASS STYLES
Barre Belle blends the best of barre, strength, Pilates, cardio, and more — all rooted in music-driven classes that challenge you while staying accessible to all levels. Some of our most loved class styles are listed below:
— Signature Barre: Full body workout that incorporates light weight/resistance equipment to build strength. You can expect high reps, controlled movement, and a mix of strength and cardio.
— AAA/A&A: Our Signature Ass & Abs, and Arms, Ass & Abs (AAA) classes are strength focused and designed to target various muscle groups with compound and alternating exercises. This class will build muscle strength and endurance with very minimal cardio.
— Barre X (Advanced Barre): Expect longer strength series, more intricate choreography, and layered combinations that challenge both your body and mind. Rooted in classic barre technique, this class weaves in athletic movement patterns, creative sequencing, and high-energy cardio intervals to keep your heart rate lifted.
— Strength: Strength-focused classes using light and heavy weights to build functional strength, stability, and confidence. No cardio.
— X-TREME: Classes use heavier weights (5-15 lbs), minimal cardio.
— Travel Workouts: These classes are either equipment free, or use only a resistance band (easy to pack). Great for travel or small spaces.
— Pre & Postnatal: Safe and effective workouts for every stage of your pregnancy, 1st through 4th trimester and beyond.
— Mindfulness & Recovery: Designed to support recovery, reduce stress, improve mobility, and help you feel your best both physically and mentally. Includes yoga, breathwork, meditation, stretch and more.

I'M A BEGINNER WHERE SHOULD I START?
Start with Signature Barre, AAA, Pilates, or strength (no cardio) classes under 30 minutes and focus on consistency before intensity. Modifications are always encouraged.
WHAT EQUIPMENT DO I NEED?
Many classes use little to no equipment but to enhance your experience we suggest:
— Light dumbbells (2–5 lbs)
— Resistance bands
— Sliders
— Pilates ball
— Ankle Weights
— Optional: Heavy dumbbells (5–15+ lbs)

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I WORKOUT?
We recommend aiming for consistency over perfection. 3–4 workouts per week can create incredible results over time.
WHY DOES BARRE BELLE USE BOTH LIGHT AND HEAVY WEIGHTS?
Our method combines muscular endurance training (lighter weights, higher reps) with progressive strength work (heavier weights, slower control) to create a balanced approach to fitness that supports strength, stamina, posture, mobility, and long-term results.
WHAT IF I CAN'T KEEP UP?
That’s completely okay. Take breaks when needed, modify movements, and focus on progress over perfection. Your strength and endurance will build over time.
CAN I DO BARRE BELLE WHILE PREGNANT OR POSTPARTUM?
Yes — not only is barre is incredible for pregnancy and postpartum, but we offer dedicated prenatal and postnatal classes designed specifically to support you safely through each stage. As always, consult with your healthcare provider before beginning any exercise program.
