28 Days: The Momentum Challenge

Keep your momentum strong and your routine consistent with The Momentum Challenge, our February home workout challenge designed to help you stay committed. Complete 15 classes in 28 days using our February class releases—each 45 minutes or less—featuring a balanced mix of light and heavy weight classes.
