Starts May 11. Introducing our Summer Arms Series—a 3-week, 9-class program designed to strengthen and define your arms using the perfect balance of light and heavy weights. Classes alternate high-rep, low-weight classes for that signature barre-style burn, and X-TREME heavy weight classes to build real muscle and support long-term results. With short, effective workouts, you’ll quickly see how impactful this combination is in your training journey.
Recommended Equipment: 1 set of light weights (1-5 lbs), 1 set of heavy weights (5-15 lbs)
