You’ll complete 3 strength-focused classes using heavier weights (5–10 lbs) paired with high-intensity Zone 5 cardio finishers that push your limits.

Choose your pace:
Stack strength + cardio together (3 workout days), or split into 6 shorter sessions across the week.
