Welcome to the Booty by Belle 28-day fitness challenge! This program is designed to help you increase glute strength, build your booty, and feel stronger than ever in just 4 weeks. Over the course of the challenge, you will complete 12+ workouts specifically designed to target and activate your glute muscles. Each workout will be a unique combination of exercises that will challenge your glutes in new ways and help you see real progress over the course of the program. Let’s crush this challenge together!
Use the drop down menu for each week and follow the suggested schedule.

Recommended Equipment: 1 pair light hand weights (1-3 lbs - we use 3 lbs), 1 pair heavy weights (5-15 lbs - we use 8lbs), signature equipment package (squishy ball, resistance band, sliders)
