Follow this program if you are new to our online classes, or just getting back into movement! This is a guided 4 week program, with 3 to 4 workouts per week. Follow the suggested schedule each week and click on the calendar at the bottom of the page for a detailed guide. We suggest completing the workouts as follows:
Monday - 1 x 30+ min class
Tuesday - Rest Day
Wednesday - 1 x 30+ min class
Thursday - Optional 1 x 30+ min class /or 1 x15 min booster
Friday - 1 x 30+ min class
Weekend - Rest
